The locomotive in the Bachmann HO Thoroughbred train set http://www.bachmanntrains.com/home-usa/products.php?act=viewProd&productId=3090   Why is it only available in the train set? I would seriously consider buying it if it were made. If it were made by another company, the name of the manufacturer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
cody

I found one at my hobby shop 2 years ago and the next day it sold!!! I was their because my grandpa said my 1980's f7 Santa Fe would not be worth fixing so he got me a new f7 and he was kind enough to get me the AB set!

Thanks, but the number on the "A" unit is 4271 which is the number of the F9 on NS OCS trains. Athearn makes F7s with the same number.
