Ditch Lights

Does anyone know anything about fake ditch lights or even if they are made? I want the appearance of ditch lights on my DC locomotives but I don't want to go through the wiring to get working ditch lights.

Miniatures by Eric produces some nice spin cast metal ones that are easy to apply - just drill one hole.  These are available from, for example, Central Hobbies
