Do you have a planning guide book for N-Scale similar to the HO-Scale book by Chris Lane?  I am interested in small tabletop setups.

No, but bthere are many N Scale plans that can be easily adapted.
Try your local hobby shop.

Okay, I'll do some adapting.  Just thought maybe Bachmann had already figured out a few, but part of the fun of model railroading is figuring out the layout and operation puzzles.
