So why can't we get our club car after joing the platinum club?

So I joined the  bachman/ williams platinum club for the  plasticville tanker car and well a week went by and now it's 2010  come on you guys please can you get it sent? it's been several months and  I  would just like to know what's the hold up?

I always wanted to join the Platinum car club.  I looked at the page.  But is it worth it? 
I see you get a club car, emails and news letters but this great and free message board keeps me up to date.  I do want to join but I am not sure if it is really worth it.
