Help on parts!

I recently bought the Bachmann Explorer train set, with the UP 2-8-0 Constellation engine and the passenger cars.

My dog's tail had a run-in with the train and knocked it off of the table.  The ladders came off of the front of the engine and apparently Max the Wonder Doodle ate one of them.

My question is:  Does Bachmann have a parts service where I can get replacements for the engine in these sets, or do I just leave the ladders off and run it bare (I do have a picture of a working 2-8-0 without the ladders).
