Request for the Bach-Man

Bach-Man, I have a request.  Can you guys at Bachmann make a Spectrum HO Santa Fe 3400 class locomotive?  I know you always give multiple road numbers, but can the DCC Sound road number be 3415?  And, could you use a heavy steam sound decoder from Tsunami and use the SP 6 chime whistle?  Thanks a lot if you reply.
