Question for Bachman on old standard line 4-6-0 from the 80's

I was reading a 1984 issue of Model Railroader and saw a Bachmann 4-6-0 ten wheeler with the 0-6-0/2-6-0/2-6-2 shell on it, and it came with a vanderbilt tender. I know this model was in the catalogues but I have looked on a LOT of sites and can't find an example of it for sale or even pictures. Did this loco ever exist outside of catalogues? Was it ever produced? Thanks for your time.

Yes, I had one, sold it many years ago.  The tender was much larger than the locomotive.

Bachmann sells a 0-6-0 with oil tender.
Just remember, many model railroad companies use what you might call, "Modelers License" when they produce model trains. We do the same with our model railroads.

If you are looking for a prototype, below is a link to oil fired small locos. Narrow gauge in this case.
The SP used a lot of oil fired and there probably was standard gauge locos of this size. The SP had big ones also which I am sure you are aware of.
