Bachman Schnabel Car?

Does anyone have any info on the Schnabel Car released in China?
Found it on ebay but not on the Bachman website, maybe it's in Chineese.

It is not available at any retailers in the United States, but you can buy it from over seas on ebay. It does not resemble an American prototype too much and would not look right without a very large radius because in real life the transit of Schnabel cars is very restricted.
