Dynamis not communicating

Recently found that when I activate system (receiver on, transmitter then on, press "stop" button) the two do not communicdate and the system will not start up. Batteries fresh (and no low battery icon), close to receiver (3 feet) ID's matched at 0;
anyone out there in Bachland run into this/have suggestions? When I do get it running it often will not restart if I have to press the stop button. HELP!! and THANKS! PS-also show no signal strength on transmitter when this occurs.

"No signal strength" sounds like a bad transmitter or a bad button.  If it is a button, it might not be the stop button.  It might be another button which is stuck down.  If nothing is obviously wrong, it may require a trip back to Bachmann.
