New HO Bachmann OldTime 4-4-0's have smaller flanges!!!!

The newest release of Bachmann OldTime HO 4-4-0's have small flanges that are almost RP-25. They are in blue boxes. A big improvement over the old pizza cutters. Still run the same with their bad electrical pickup but the flanges are a step forward.
