crossover wiring question

I'm wondering if there is a way to hook up both switches of a remote/non- dcc crossover so that one controller moves both? Can I simply splice both sets of wires together and connect to one controller?

yes, if you are comfortable splicing wires.

the standard method of wiring a crossover has both switch motors wired to a single controller.
