Having problems with this engine and cannot remove the body to look inside. Can anyone tell me how to remove the body please.  Am scared to force it off in case I break something. Are there any hidden screws that I need to undo?  Thank you

32-625 Super Voyager
Two screws beneath chassis, one each end
Also remove lubricator rod from motion bracket

The instructions are extremely well hidden on the Bachmann UK website.

:D Thans for the link - have manged to do it, but the train not running - the coupling rod has come out of one of the ends - the plastic bit it fits into has broken so I need to get another.  Does that explain why the motor runs, the wheels spin but there is no traction?

Can you say which part number is broken from looking at the service diagram here?

It's 600-034 - the small grey plastic bit is snapped in half and fell out.  Not sure if any of the other bits are missing..

I have the same problem on my Class 221. This part is called "drive cup". The two on my power car was broken. I got a new pair directly with whom sold me.

Super Voyager is a tilting train with aprox. 31cm of lenght each car, and if not suitable for sharp curves. I think the problem occurred by forcing the train in curves with tight radius. When the train tilt, body contacts the wheel and holds the engine. As the parts are plastic, forcing the controller, can damage the transmission.
