How do I program a Bachmann DCC turnout to a NCE Power Cab?

I need some instruction on how to program or find out how to program my Bachmann DCC turnout to a NCE Power Cab. The NCE and Bachmann instructions both aren't clear or very helpful and I have been messing with it for a while.

I had asked the same question here a couple months ago but either the moderator deleted the comments or there were lost messages in this forum.

Anyway i finally figured out how to program Bachmann turnouts with NCE power cab
1. Hook up NCE powercab to the track and attach the turnout
2. Press the programming button on the turnout till the turnout clicks
3. On the powercab
a. Press 'select accesory'
b. Press the number you want to allocate for the turnout and press enter
c. Press 1 or 2
4. The turnout should click twice and get programmed
