HO EMD SD40-2 DCC Decoder installation: anyone have instructions?

Has anyone here put a decoder into an SD40-2?
This one is Item #67004, standard Bachmann locomotive from the mid-to-late 2000 era.

I've installed lots of decoders into Athearn, Kato, Atlas.  But is Bachmann any harder?
