Unstoppable film - 777, 767, and 1206 HO model

Hello.  I was wondering if there would be an HO model made of the trains 777, 767, and 1206 from the 2010 movie Unstoppable?  I understand that the logos and such is a FOX copyright but I was wondering if they had given permission to any model train manufacturers to make those trains?

It's a next-to-none chance that these engines will be made. The movie was not famous or well known enough to have models be mass produced and be profitable. A few people on YouTube have made some models of them, and making your own wouldn't be too hard if you have experience painting and decaling models.
