If I buy an  E-Z Command controller in the US, will the supplied transformer work with a 220v input? Thanks.

No, it won't. The US wall warts have just a 110v plug which won't work with 220v and won't change the voltage. Since the current draw is so little, you could use a traveler's converter for things like electric toothbrushes, razors, small radios and such like.

The DYNAMIS DOEShave a self regulating walwart, you can read it on the Input/Output specs 100vac to 240vac and transforms it to 16volts DC.

It also has a removable/changable US style plug, I am not sure where you can get the plug needed for your home plug styles, perhaps Bachmann can tell if you call.

When you look at a power pack and it says, 100 to 240 or maybe 120 to 220 VAC, it will work in different countries. The rub is the pins on the power pack. Adapters will be required.
These supplies are switching power supplies and the input is capable of operating in this voltage range.
Usually, the advertising will show the capability of the power pack.
