steam engine that has quit working

i have a j class 4-8-4 N&W that quit working. i am needing it fixed, and need info as to go about this. price , address etc.

Click on "Parts & Service" above (next to Forum tab).  Then click on Service Department Photo.  You will see some info on prices and what's involved in repair of your loco.  Typically, if your loco is too old to fix (parts no longer available), you will be offered a newer replacement for a nominal fee (great deal overall).  

If you wish to call first, use the regular number, not the 800 number... just a tip from those who have gone before.

This is a good time of year for repairs.  Turnaround is faster than, say, Christmastime.
