Put it upside down in a foam cradle. Use tooth picks to separate the sides from the frame and lift the frame out.
There was a forum that described this very well but the site went away a few months ago and I never copied the pages to my PC.
Someone might have as I have suggested the site here in the past.

This might help.

To remove the Body shell:
Insert an X-acto blade between the floor plate and the shell wall/window casting and gently "cut" along the length of the body with the blunt side of the blade and levering the shell wall away from the chassis. There are four lugs on the chassis locking into slots in the window castings, 1= about half way between the roof ladder and the baggage door, 2=just ahead of the first passenger window, 3=underneath the 5th passenger window and 4=underneath the last passenger window. When the shell is new the window castings are loose and you can properly cement them to the shell walls to facilitate easier shell removal in future.

A little more info with a precaution.

Check the wiring with an ohm meter. This might not be an issue anymore. Maybe others here can comment on the old issue.
