Anybody have experience with the N scale chesapeake & ohio 2-6-6-2 articulated steam locomotive? this thing is beautiful to look at, but runs god awful. Seems to have a limp at low speeds and limps around my DC layout's curves??? don't know if it has a bad decoder or it's not getting enough electrical pickup for some reason. I look at other peoples 2-6-6-2 mallets on youtube and they run like butter, even at a snails pace (mine can't even come to an even stop >.<) trying to decide if it's something i can fix, or if it's not worth the hassle and i should send it back for a new one  :-[

Unless you are comfortable tinkering with steam, it is probably best to send it back to Bachmann and let them replace/repair it.
