Need help setting up 2 S-4 in consist with Prodigy express

I have been trying to set up 2 S-4 in consist with Prodigy express but I am having problems.
Using the Prodigy instructions I can get them to run properly with engine and turbo sounds .
Sounds awsome. Problem is I loose all other functions , lights , horn , bell and mute.

After I set up the consist do I need to program the missing functions into the consist address ?
I am hesitent to change CV's unless I am 100 percent sure I am doing the correct thing .
For now I have them reset  to factory defaults.

Hunt - While not an expert on Tsunami programming, I had a similar problem trying to program my Bachmann Spectrum Americans w/DCC + sound. I contacted Soundtraxx and they said I needed a dedicated programing track and a Soundtraxx Programming Track Booster [p/n # PTB-100]. When I followed their advice, I had no problems programing my locomotives using the MRC Prodigy Advanced system. I hope this is useful in your case.
