Large Scale Heisler

Last week I bought a preowned Large Scale Heisler, but the instruction booklet was not included.
How can I get the information about the maintenance for the Heisler in a printed form.

You will need to contact the service department to see if they still have the Heisler manual in stock.

Hmmm.  I've bought three Heislers, beginning back when they came out, and all I EVER got was a CD/DVD - NO printed instructions of any kind except an exploded view/parts list.
