I have a small layout and would like know if this loco will work on it.

Thanks

brokemoto

It will go around a nine and three quarter curve.  That is the sharpest  that I have tried.

Thanks brokemoto. Mr Bach-man, can you confirm this? What's the recommended minimum radius?

Regards

skipgear

It's fine on 9 3/4. Bachmann will probably quote 11 1/4" Min radius because that is the smallest radius they make.

Dear Rob,
Skipgear is correct- our minimum is listed as 11 1/4".

I have to say that nothing less then a 11' or if the Bachmann track 11 1/4". You will be much happier. If you get an other engine, or longer cars, you will have them also run well and not derail all the time.

There is a saying that also applies to model railroading, "There is never enough time to do it correctly, but there always seems to be enough time to redo it over until it is done correctly."
