Help Needed

I am a novice to "G" scale trains. just purchased Bachmann "G" scale 460 steam loco. ET&WNC green in color item #31498. Need to to know how old is it?, can I still get the owner manual?
I do have some track, but think they are 4' diameter, can you advise me what is the diamete for 1500 track, 1600 track, etc. Any help will be greatful.

those sizes sound metric to me. 1500 is probably 1500mm, which works out to about 57-58"
