What should I use for snow on my layout? Also, what could I use for snowploughs?

Apart form some homemade things those are your best options. 
All I want is, Stepney, Boco, Harvey.

For snow plows I know that Bachmann used to make rotary snow plows but snow me and you are in the same boat
