Sadly, one thing that I have learned over the years is that it is sometimes impossible to extract the real problem from some one who's X, Y, OR Z doesn't work.  I can only ask so many questions and get answers back, that still don't answer the real question that we ask, before I give up. 

The questions are like, "I want to get married, who should I look for?". 

Recently, on MLS someone was having a problem with his engine.  Several of us ask what type of engine did he have.  He answered several other things, but he never did say what type of engine was causing the problem.

I (we) like to help, otherwise we wouldn't be on these sites.  But there are times when it seems that it isn't worth the effort.
