CLASS 44 DIESEL

I purchased a used Class 44 diesel (32-650) and have the following questions.
I am a beginner in model railways and they may sound simple but I would appreciate advise.
1. How do I get the body of as I need to refix a cab window.
2. Are there wire replacement cab handrails as the existing plastic ones are broken and look very poor.

Two screws, one beside each bogie
DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREWS AT THE NOSE ENDS
