Bill-

There's nothing magic or special about EZTrack. I'd weather it the same as any other track.

Try painting the ties using several similar colors so the ties look like they have faded differently or are of different ages. Paint the sides of the rail a rusty brown, keeping the railheads shiny. Use some powders to accent highlights (for example, powder will accumulate in the texture of the ties). Ballast your track with loose ballast, maybe even using a different color in one or two areas to signal repairs. Spray or daub some black paint down the center of the track so it looks like oil and grease have dripped off of the trains. Plant some weeds along and between the rails unless the track is heavily used mainline track where greenery doesn't find a happy place and may even get squirted with weed killer. I suppose you could have some old, brown plants which the herbicide killed.

Good luck with your project.

Google "weathering track" and you'll get lots of answers complete with pictures and videos.  The brand of track makes no difference, the techniques are all about the same.

Cheers
