How do I wire turn outs with the EZ Command Controller

The DCC kind of turnouts or DC kind?

DC type.  Previous model controller had accessory power connections

Only a Bachmann factory DCC decoder equipped E-Z Track turnout can be used with the E-Z Command Control Center.

Use a the AC accessories terminals of  DC power pack with DC turnouts.

If your current one does not, I recommend you find an inexpensive power pack w/AC terminals.  They can be found inexpensively on Ebay in great or new shape  To power the turnouts by AC it does not have to be fancy and Ebay has lots of HO/N scale ones by MRC as well as HO train set ones.  I recommend a pack bc it (almost always) gives you a set of DC terminals as well to use for other things if you want (you can also use them to power the switch machine).  Some recommend wall warts but I don't see them as having the utility of power packs.
