Thanks Jeff and yes it's been the same without me  ;).
I wish there was a railroad that would do that down here.

Yea, they only do fun stuff like this up in CANADA, ehh?

A Merry Christmas to you and yours as well! :) (4 days to go now...)

I will take ns's fleet of heritage units (now 28 and counting) and their steam program any day, over cp's Christmas train. no disrespect to cp, but the heritage fleet and the restored f units are the gift that keeps on giving 365 days a year. it would be a shame to lose that in a sea of red paint.

btw, the 28 units I referred to are as follows: the original 20 heritage es44ac and sd70ace units as modeled by Bachmann, 3 sd60e rebuilds from Altoona painted in special paint schemes honoring veterans, first responders and GoRail, a high hood sd40 restored to its original southern paint, an sd45-2 restored to its original erie Lackawanna paint, 2 gp38-2s painted for first responders and Norfolk Portsmouth belt line, and an ac4400 rebuild painted in a blue/grey scheme vaguely reminiscent of the old d&h colours.
