Long time waiting.....

Why is it that the repair man to fix five of my Spectrum  2-8-0 are telling me for a year now they are still waiting for the parts.  Should I go buy some other brand new locos, so that when repairs are needed I won't have to wait a year.??  Why is it taking so long to get the parts.   I'm not happy at all.  anybody please do tell.

Call (215) 533-1600 and ask for the service manager. She will be able to help.

Thanks for that number. it is an automated press this for this and press that for that, and not anywhere where I needed to go.  However that isn't the right one for this.  I was referred to 800 356-3910, but cant seem to get an answer there.  will keep trying. Thanks.

 ray you need to call 1-800-356-3910   ext 304 and ask for LAURA HARRIS ,customer service manager. she has helped me on numerous ocassions and is a very caring &helpfull individual. explain your problem ,i am sure if their are no parts she will send a replacement loco if still under warranty.she has resolved a few of my issues over the yrs. trust this helps you.
