Kato Track

I am currently using HO Kato Unitrack. Are there options available to the modler to use other brands of track in certain applications such as, a turn table application or certain types of bridges with built in track.

Kato sells an adapter track peice that mates with any standard peice of track, although you will have to deal with the height issue.
