Bachmann spares

Can anyone tell me how I can get Bachmann to send me a new motor for a 2-8-0 consolidation (motor #11405).
I have been trying for 4 weeks.
I am in Australia and have emailed several times, after a couple of tries I got a reply telling me the price. I then sent several more emails asking the same question about the best way to pay for it, with no reply.
Why can't I even get a yes or no or we'll get back to you later?
I have a customer who is getting very impatient.

That's really strnge.  I usually get parts within one to two weeks of my first call to them.  I have heard that email may not be the way to go.  I usually call them direct.  No problems.  Stephen
