HO F7 Truck replacement

Hello, I am new at trains, and have no idea about them.  I have found myself fascinated by them though.  I was given a HO train, that needs some repair.  It needs the F7 truck replaced.  I have order the part through this website, but have no idea how to replace it once I receive the part.  Is there some kind of manual or video that will help me with this process.  Thank you.
