Programming a third DCC HO loco to my Bachmann Dynamis Command Control.

I recently gotten back into model railroading and have started with Bachmann DCC HO locomotives and the Dynamis wireless system.  I have programmed 2 separate logos to separate locals but can't get a third loco to move on the tracks even though its lights come on and you can hear a faint whine from the engine.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Mac

What address are you using for this third loco?

BTW, another post where an "All Scales DCC" board would be handy.
