EMD GP40 - BNSF #3016 (Heritage I)

I haven't been able to activate the lights on my EMD GP40 - BNSF #3016 (Heritage I).  I have a Bachmann EZ Controller Plus.  I think I'm following the instructions correctly using F(unction) 10.  Suggestions?

Hi Rick,

If you have an E-Z Command Plus, the F10 button has been replaced with the F0 button for consistency with other DCC systems. The 0 button should be able to turn the lights on.
