Bachmann 1435 diesel horn oil storage tank

Good afternoon.  I just purchased a NIB Bachmann #1435 oil storage tank with diesel horn.  My question:
What voltage (A/C or D/C) is required to make this unit work?  Or is the an item number to purchase a supply that will make this thing work?
