G Scale Heisler repair

My IG scale Heisler needs some attention. I know they are discontinued, but I don't want it to become just a ecstatic model on a shelf. Any suggestions on somebody who knows how to fix these things? I live in Central California. Thank you.

I've heard sometimes in the past if they can't repair they ship something else so call and be very direct.
