Auto-Reverse Power Track Section

I have an auto-reversing E-Z Track trolley system.  The trolley has stopped running.  After running some continuity tests, I found there is power going into the circuit board underneath the starting/power end of the track but nothing coming out the wires to the rails.
What be done to fix this?  Can I buy a replacement for thios section of track?
