DCC controller functions

I am confused.
I have a Bachmann DCC controller.  How do I assign decoder CV functions  to the functions on the controller?
Many CV on the decoder have a range. How do i set the  value in the Controller.

Unfortunately, the E-Z Command and E-Z Command Plus controllers don't have the ability to program CVs. You will need a more advanced command station or programming software to set CV values and assign functions.
