On30 Coach set.

[Dbarefoot]

Hello. I'm looking for a coach set. Today it seems to be very hard to find a Combine, coach, and observation car, at a good price, or finding them at all. Can anyone direct me to what I am looking for. Preferably 100$ or less for a Green, Red, or the Wonderland set, with all hand rails intact. I'm wanting to build a Christmas layout and document the progress. A mix or realism, with ceramic.

Thank you all!

Dusten, I would be very surprised if you find all three of the cars you want for less than $100, considering that the retail price in the Bachmann catalog for each one, at the time was, if I remember correctly, in the neighborhood of $70.00 to $90.00. I found mine at train shows, used and missing parts, for about $45.00 each. Notice I said train shows (plural). It took a lot of searching to find the cars. Best of luck.

Thank you Fred.

You ain't kidding. I've not really priced anything around for a while, and yes I can see exactly what you mean. Maybe Bachmann can re-release a few sets such as the OR&W, or maybe some Christmas sets with DCC. Maybe reissue the passenger stock from years past, in the coming future.

Thanks!
