Locomotives are not turning on their lights

Two locomotives were programmed into the E-Z Command; their worked well, but the lights on both of them do not turn on. Thank you.

Have you try in analogic ?
If yes and the Lightning work, the problem probably comes from the decoder.
Have you another DCC command ? If you haven't tried it at local retailler or in your local club.

First vérification is with the Cv8 should be programmed with value 8 to reset the factory setting.

Thank you so much for yor answer; yes, I tested it with the analog setup and the locomotive lights do turn on. I'll be in NY city in December and will take a look of the controller, as you suggested. Here in Argentina, it's difficult to resolve. Best regards.

At your service, idealy if you can have an access to another DCC command that E-Z, I think you can resolve the problem.
