Part missing from K27

Hi Mr Bachman

I received my K27 Rio Grande yesterday. (No chance of sneaking it into the house). Upon opening the massive box revealed the almost as massive red box inside. I finally got to unpacking the engine and quickly noticed that an end cap from the front lower left cylinder is missing. I found the part number from the excellent diagrams included with the instructions, it is a 0CE03

My supplier Gaugeone Gallery (gaugeonegallery.com) does not keep spare parts. Can you advise me how I can aquire a replacement?
