On30 Rail Bus operation

Hi all. Is there anybody who can tell me if the new On30 Rail Bus can be operated without its trailer straight out of the box? If yes, are there any backup-lights on the bus?

Yes the bus will operate without it's trailer.

No the bus doesn't have backup lights.

Power pickup will be poor without the trailer.

With only four wheels in a rigid frame the slightest
irregularities in the track will cause it to stall.

The trailer is required for good operation.
