HO 4-6-0 Headlight

My Bachmann HO 4-6-0 (w/sound/DCC) displays a very low headlight.  I have tried to adjust CVs without success.  SUP WIT DAT?

When I first registered, I had a lot of questions, but I didn't like the answers either.  Now I have all the answers, but don't like the questions.  >:(
