Life like SW-1200 decoder

Dear Board,
What decoder has been used in this switcher?  I would like to keep the weights if possible.  Is there a "board Replacement" decoder available?

I believe that NCE makes a decoder for the Proto SW.

NCE does make a drop-in board. I put one in my SW9. It was an easy install but you do have to solder the wires to the board. I got mine from Tony's Trains.
