Good morning, will DC lights in a passenger car work on a DCC track
Thanks

Dear gk,

Depends.

Too many lights loading a 1 amp DCC station may swamp it.

Too low voltage bulbs may burn out with a boosted station.

Sincerely,

If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.

There have been some reports of dc lighting in passenger cars overheating on DCC and distorting the plastic roofs.  If your roofs get warm above the lights, you may want to add a series resistor to drop the voltage.
Growing older is mandatory but growing up is optional.
