0-6-0 break down.

I was running my great northern 0-6-0 (Product Code: 50711) and was pulling 2 40' Quad Hoppers on my layout today and then I heard a snap and my engine derailed. I put it back on and it would not go forward...so i put it in reverse and it backed up and gave up. I examined the damage by picking it up and the back screw for the cylinder was gone! I did find it and tried putting it back together and that totally did not work so i put the screw and engine on a gondola and tried a few more times...then i got the cylinders lined up and tried the screw in and it would not go in! i thought of a screw driver but no place to put it! What should i do?

The best advice I could give to you on that one is to take it to Customer service and they can have a look at it for you.
