Title: Removing engine shell from Baldwinn 2-8-0 Durango and Silverton
Post by: wagnera361 on April 08, 2021, 03:52:20 PM
Exploded diagram seems to indicate two screws to remove to loosen engine shell. Completed the screw removal, back end released, but front end seems to remain fixed. Any other tricks to remove?

Gently pull the front steps from the boiler. The steps have a mounting post that fits sideways in mounting holes in the boiler.

Jonathan
