HO / Bachmann DCC Ready Turntable
August 24, 2016, 11:09:29 AM
Greetings everyone!

Question.  (and don't yell, cuz I searched and couldn't find my answer).  I just got done hooking up my DCC ready turntable, I added Bachmann's DCC decoder into it, and it works great, (a little loud) until I pull a engine up to the turntable.  Once it hits the bridge, it dies.  Will do nothing.  Yes, I have power to track #4, the one stated to hook up to the track power.

Any suggestions?

**  All stall tracks work though,  just once it hits the #4, it dies.
Thanks...

I've asked this before, but really never got a straight up answer.  What I intend on doing is....

I'm getting the HO Scale DCC ready Motorized turntable for my layout and want a roundhouse as well.  Well we all know that the only one Bachmann makes is the Thomas & Friends Tidmouth Sheds with Turntable.  I'm curious, will the sheds to this line up with the Motorized DCC version?  It looks like it to me, they are identical for the most part.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

HO / Attn: Bachmann HO DCC Left Crossover
July 23, 2016, 06:50:55 PM
Hey Bachmann,

I just bought a new HO DCC #6 Crossover to replace one that I got that had some ties missing (this is going to be sent in for warranty repair), but when I hooked the new one up only one switch will throw?  The other is dead and will do nothing..  Is there something I can do, so that I'm not sending 2 back for repairs/replacement???

Thanks,

HO / Bachmann #6 DCC Crossover Switches
July 15, 2016, 07:48:01 PM
Greetings everyone!

I'm trying to do a double oval layout with EZ Track for just a temp layout until I get moved into a new house.  So I go out and buy all this fancy stuff.  DCC Crossover Switches!  It was a snap hooking them up and operating them by my remote DCC controller.  I thought everything was fine until I started running some of my locos slow, well actually one was at speed step 15 ( 2-8-0 ), and it stalled right dead on the stitch as it started to go into the crossover section.

Personally this is now ticking me off.  Does anyone have any idea's or suggestions on how to get them to stop stalling on the crossovers.  Really gets me mad to spend this kind of money on something that is more toy like because you have to run them fast over the switches?

Only seem to stall when it's diverging. (crossing over)

Suggestions please..

Thanks,

Sparky

Hey guys/gals

Got a quick question that I should of asked long before I ordered my Acela HO train set.  I have tried searching this question all over the internet, but can't find any information what so ever, even the place I ordered from, the description for the set is vague.  My question is..

I know the set says.. DCC equipped for speed, direction and lighting.

What exactly does this mean??  What I really want to know is..   What kind of controller will I get with this set.  When I first bought it, I was thinking I would actually get the E-Z Command® Digital Command Control System, but from what I'm reading or guessing, It most likely isn't this.

Any help would greatly be appreciated..

HO / Once again, HO Scale Acela Business Car?
July 10, 2012, 01:32:08 AM
I'm running extremely late on getting an HO Scale Acela set, I finally decided today to order one, but I want to be able to make up the complete train.  I did a search to see if this question was asked recently and it wasn't, it was asked in like 2007 or so.  So my question is..

Where the heck is the HO Scale Acela Business car?  I don't see it on Bachmann's website, and every online store I have checked either says, discontinued, out of stock or they don't even display it.

Please I just purchased my Acela set and the End business car, but I'm not paying $$$ if I'm not going to be able to have a complete accurate set.

So, Bach-Man..  are these sadly gone, no longer available?  Please answer ASAP, so that I know to cancel my order for the set and car that I just placed.

Thanks.
