PJF - Bachmann has a REVERSE LOOP MODULE for use with DCC. It automatically reverses the current for you. No switches to thro. Bachmann # 44912. I happen to have one I am disposing of. Brand new with wires and the package.

My Bachmann E-Z Command # 44902 - Runs 3 Bachmann DCC On30 Engines and 1 DC engine at the same time. I found it simple to uyse.
I bought the Dynamis System # 36505 for the Wireless control but I am getting rid of it. It is OK but it turns out I didn't need it. Let me know if you are interested.

Hunt, thank you for that advice. I'm going to read the manual and try andhook up on Sunday. I'll let you know how it went. I have a small layout with 3 engines at the moment and another one coming for Christmas.
Thanks   Larry :)

Before I hook it up to my On30 Layout is there anything special I should be looking out for?   Or is it basically just the DCC Bachmann system, except wireless?

I agree with Royce. Why not a DCC & sound Mogul?

On30 / Re: NEW 4-6-0 won't stay coupled

Well, I checked everything you all mentioned.  When backed up to any of my coaches, the coupler was high. So, I took my needle nose pliers and slightly bent the shank down.  It now seems to hang onto all my cars and coaches.
Thanks everyone.

Steve, I'll check it out like you say and let you know as soon as I get my new glasses. My eyes at 73 are not 100%.
Thanks

On30 / NEW 4-6-0 won't stay coupled
October 20, 2010, 06:13:57 PM
I just received a NEW 4-6-0 # 28903.  The tender coupler seems higher than normal and cars coupled onto it come loose. Is there a way to LOWER the coupler?

On30 / 2 More B'Mann engines
October 11, 2010, 04:12:30 PM
Well, I'm the new owner of 2 more Bachmann Spectrum DCC w/Sound engines
On30 4-6-0  # 28903   and a Spectrum 2-4-4 # 25498.  Got both on the E*** for less than half Bachmann catalog price.

So, I now have a Bachmann Spectrum #28305  Inside Frame 4-4-0  DCC no sound engine available.

On30 / Newby needs Sound help
October 05, 2010, 07:35:48 PM
Hi everyone. New guy to On30 here. I have purchased all B'Mann stuff. DCC System, 5 engines and rolling stock and track. I( have 2 sound and 2 DCC only locos and 1 DC loco that the factory says DCC can't be installed into ( a 2-6-0 Bumblebee)
I want to add sound to my # 28305 Inside frame 4-4-0. and to my 2-4-4- Forney # 25477.
Can sound be added to these? If so, what Tsunami part # decoders are correct for these engines.
Finally, anyone know if someone in or near Calgary, Alberta can do these installations?
I appreciate all the help I can get as my eyesite and hand co-ordination won't let me install these myself. I'm 73 and was in 3 rail for 20 years.
Thanks
Larry Wen er
